Message Interface
The FRDS GEN III Message Interface features a color OLED display behind anti-reflective glass. It provides insight on fluid quantity, door position, coverage level parameters, and alert indicators. While originally designed for FRDS GEN III, it has agricultural applications as well.
LED Annunciator Panel
The LED Annunciator Panel is a fully redundant panel that has 15 individual display cells of which each cell contains 2 ultra bright LEDs. Each cell color and text is fully configurable. The unit automatically self tests during power on. The compact design with one MS connector eliminates the need for multiple individually wired indicators cutting material and installation costs; as well as increasing reliability.
DSPIC30
The DSPIC30 Core Module for Display & Control Applications is a circuit board that consists of a MicroChip DSPIC6014A digital signal processor and various voltage regulators, communication buffers, analog opto-isolators, RS-232/SPI communication buffer and other support components.
IP67 Remote Display
The IP67 Remote Display is compatible with the second generation Fire Retardant Dispersal System (FRDS GENII) and various products that support buffered SPI communication. In a typical application, this product is used to remotely indicate the quantity of fluid present in the aircraft’s liquid hopper. The specifications listed here are compiled from various component datasheets used in the manufacturing of the device.
Voltage Regulator Board
The 17 Channel Voltage Regulator Driver Board is designed with 17 independent configurable voltage output channels for use as a multi-channel pneumatic / hydraulic solenoid driver, multi-channel voltage regulator board with remote on/off, or a simple 3A stepper driver. It features a 6-layer PCB designed with supply and shielding layers, compact size, and flexible mounting options.
Adept I/O Breakout
The Adept I/O Breakout and control and simplify the input and output of your machine. We have developed an I/O interface board the supports all 84 inputs and outputs provided from the Adept C.I.P. This breakout saves a minimum of 200 terminations, resulting in a significant labor reduction. Back panel space requirements are greatly reduced, while providing terminal points for all possible and used spare connections. DIN rail mountable for easy installation.
Digital Servo
The Digital Servo Valve Controller takes input from a hall-effect style absolute SSI serial encoder, a 1~5 volt analog reference voltage input, and outputs a + 40ma signal to control a servo valve. This allows the unit to control a hydraulic servo valve so that the angle of a rotary actuator “tracks” the 1~5 volt reference signal.
PIC Microcontroller
The PIC Microcontroller & Power Supply board is a programmable microcontroller with 2 independent DC to DC converters, on board regulation, and optically isolated I/O.
Sequence Works
Sequence Works is a simple sequencing engine that runs on Windows XP and Window XP embedded platforms. Sequence Works provides a very easy to use environment for the creation of machine and process control sequences using a simple Basic like language having built in data management and a context sensitive GUI programming interface. This product is targeted for OEM’s or end users with a pre-defined I/0 subsystem. The package now supports the MODBUS protocol but will need to be configured by the factory to support various PLC / IO ModBus Implementations.
Dual Power Supply
The Dual Redundant Power Supply is a 7 volt unit that is designed with parallel operations for redundancy. It utilizes mil-spec vicorEMI filters and converters, onboard remote fault indicators, and an onboard set point controller. The unit has an input range of 19v ~ 48v and runs at +24v at 15 amps, +5v at 3 amps, ±15v at 500mA, +5v at 1.0 amp, and +12v at 1.0 amp.
Inrush Current Limiter
The Inrush Current Limiting PCB is designed to bolt directly to the power supply of Toshiba EX100 and T2 series PLC’s. This simple PCB protects fuses from instant current inrush.
Digital I/O Expander
A 32 Digital Input/Output Expander module that communicates via I2C bus. Expander has on board optical isolation for the I2C bus as well as optical isolation between field I/O and the I2C port expansion IC’s. This product is a very robust industrial quality I/O solution for distributed I2C applications.
Multichannel Converter
The Multichannel RS232 to TTL Converter board is used to provide communication drivers for a VFD of LCD display on an RS232 or SPI buss. The circuit board converts TTL levels to high signals suitable for transmission over long cables and provides signal buffering.
